1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TidiFinance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TidiFinance provides personal finance management tools including spending tracking, debt management, analytics, and reporting features. The Service is available in both free and subscription-based tiers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Billing

TidiFinance offers both free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the subscription fees as specified ($2.99/month)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider

5. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to the Free plan. You will not be charged unless you manually upgrade to a paid plan.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until then.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime.

To request a refund, contact support@tidifinance.com with your account email and reason for refund.

7. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Provide false or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TidiFinance and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TidiFinance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
