Account & Login

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, enter your email and password, and you'll get immediate access to your 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset code to your email. Enter the code and create a new password.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support at support@tidifinance.com and we'll help you delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Subscription & Billing

What happens after my free trial?

After your 14-day trial ends, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan. You'll lose access to Pro features but keep your basic spending tracking. You will never be automatically charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds for monthly plans.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on annual plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor.

Features & Usage

How do I add a spending entry?

Click "Add Spending" on your dashboard, enter the amount and description, and it's automatically saved and categorized.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Pro users can export spending data to CSV, Excel, or PDF formats from the Exports page. Free users can export their last 30 days of data.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use HTTPS encryption, secure databases hosted on Railway, and follow security best practices. We never share your data with third parties. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving email notifications

Check your spam folder. If not there, add support@tidifinance.com to your contacts and try again. Still not working? Contact support.

The app is loading slowly

Try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode. If the issue persists, contact support with details about your device and browser.

My subscription charged but I can't access Pro

Try logging out and back in. If that doesn't work, contact support with your payment confirmation and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
