Free Trial

TidiFinance offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. During this trial period, you have full access to all Pro features. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account automatically converts to the Free plan unless you manually upgrade.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles
  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time (monthly subscriptions)

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For Monthly plan subscribers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with TidiFinance, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Guarantee: monthly plans within 14 days of purchase
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
  • Unauthorized Charges: If someone used your account without permission (subject to verification)
  • Technical Issues: If you experienced significant technical problems that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
  • Billing Errors: If we made an error in calculating your subscription fee

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or failure to use the Service (for monthly subscriptions)
  • Partial months of service (no prorated refunds for monthly plans)
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day guarantee period (annual plans)
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Free trial conversions (you weren't charged)

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3-7 business days).
