Free Trial

TidiFinance offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During this trial period, you have full access to all Pro features. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles
  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
  • Unauthorized Charges: If someone used your account without permission
  • Technical Issues: If you experienced significant technical problems that prevented you from using the Service
  • Billing Errors: If we made an error in calculating your subscription fee

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or failure to use the Service
  • Partial months of service (no prorated refunds)
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the billing date
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

  • The date of the charge
  • The amount charged
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Paddle Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Paddle. Refunds will be processed through Paddle's payment system and are subject to their refund policies as well.
